(Read: bring warmth.) Meet us at the loading docks for ABQ Ride between Central and Gold, and between 1st Street and the platform for the New Mexico Rail Runner Express. Molly Adler, owner of Self-Serve Sexuality Resource Center has the spirit. She works hard to promote her sexy shop, which is located in upper Nob Hill (and a fantastic way to spend an hour or two laughing and plotting silly time for yourself or others), and she is promoting other businesses in her bi-weekly e-newsletter. How about that?? She’s extended an invitation to all other Nob Hill merchants to be included on the 2500+ subscriber listserv. One of the things we love so much about Albuquerque is that locals really band together in a time of need. A friend of ABQ passed away last year, and the creatives are drumming up some financial support for his son August Garcia de Mueller, with a silent art auction at 105 Studios tonight from 5–8pm, followed by the City’s best music at Launchpad. Giving feels so good.
